Rates & Practice Policies

Therapy is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing. I aim to be transparent about fees while remaining accessible to those who need support and maintaining the kind of practice that allows me to show up fully for every client I work with.

Session fee
$250 per 50-minute individual session. Credit card, debit, HSA and FSA accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Sliding scale
I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients with financial need. If cost is a barrier, please mention it when we connect. I would rather have a conversation than have fees be the reason we don't work together.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. I provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive meaningful reimbursement depending on their plan.
Sessions
Telehealth throughout California. In-person in Pasadena, CA and walk and talk sessions in Northeast Los Angeles.
Cancellations
24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule. Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

If the fee feels workable and this sounds like the right fit, I would love to connect. A free 20-minute consultation is the best place to start.
